As your tattoo heals, you will begin to peel! Pulling off these healing layers may result in loss of pigment/ink! Allow the peeling skin to fall off naturally.Patting &/or applying a cool compress may provide the best relief! During the first few weeks of healing, your skin may be slightly bruised, red and/or itchy. When itchy, DO NOT scratch the area.We recommend loose fitting clothing around the area to avoid the lotion drying up &/or being rubbed off After moisturizing let the tattoo/skin breathe for best healing.

Moisturize your tattoo with a FRAGRANCE FREE lotion 3-4 times a day for at least 2 weeks (Recommended Brands: Aveeno or Lubriderm).

Be sure to pat dry the tattoo and surrounding areas for the 1st few weeks after washing/showering for best results.

Once the plastic covering is completely removed, gently wash area with WARM water & ANTIBACTERIAL soap (We recommend: Dial Gold).

When removing the plastic covering, be sure to do so slowly & carefully! Removing too fast may be painful &/or pull out your ink!.

Sometimes the plastic covering begins to comes off prior to 24 hour period, don’t panic!.

Your tattoo may look wet, smeared and/or bloody after some time in the plastic covering, this is NORMAL!.
